Alright, this is new. Maybe even experimental. For us that is.

This is just us. We love, we live, we juggle household chores and we manage finances. We both work in completely different career fields. Yup! That can cause some excitement. We plan for the future and retirement does not include becoming one of the pairs of millions of couples who plan to “garden” in their dotage. That too, can get exciting.

Sex? Yes, and no kids to hide from. (And no one to steal the whipped cream).

Fight? Of course! We’re grown human beings and we’ve been on this rock for several decades. The old adage that men are from Mars and women are from Venus may be true but maybe that’s too close. Sometimes we’re galaxies apart. It keeps things lively.

So, as an introduction, we’ll leave you with this:

Life is not a journey to the grave
With the intention of
Arriving safely in a pretty
And well preserved body,
But rather to skid in broadside,
Thoroughly used up,
Totally worn out,
And loudly proclaiming,
